Rachel and her husband, Mark Barbagelata, owner of Seismic Retrofitters, have two daughters and a cat, Leo. Strong ethics, philanthropy, and supporting the local community are important to their family. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for foster children), UCSF Ambassadors Program, and Raphael House are charitable organizations they are involved with in San Francisco.
As a fourth-generation Bay Area resident, Rachel has called San Francisco home for the last 20 years. She enjoys the local farmer’s markets, San Francisco’s art museums, The SF Opera, Ballet and the beautiful parks and waterfronts of the area.
