Born and raised in a small town just minutes from San Francisco, Troy has many of his core memories rooted in the city he now proudly calls home — from cheering on the Giants at Candlestick Park to enjoying chowder bowls along the Wharf. San Francisco isn’t just where he lives; it’s part of who he is. He brings that local perspective and genuine care to every client relationship, serving his community with integrity, thoughtfulness, and the highest level of professionalism.

Before joining BarbCo, Troy led and built marketing campaigns for artists on his record label, Color Station, generating tens of millions of streams and guiding projects to commercial success. That experience sharpened his eye for storytelling, positioning, and strategy — skills he now applies to real estate by thoughtfully highlighting what makes each home special and every client’s journey distinct. He pairs a modern, data-driven approach with the warmth and attentiveness of a boutique client experience.

When he’s not working with clients, Troy is an avid surfer and lifelong local. You’ll often find him in the water at Ocean Beach or grabbing a coffee in the Avenues at Simple Pleasures Cafe with his dog, Judah — staying connected to the neighborhood he’s proud to serve.
