The Alta Vista Ranch encompasses 307 acres in the gently rolling hills of Sonoma Los Carneros AVA. There are 223.55-acres planted to predominately Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines and an additional 31 fallow acres with an active VESCO permit. Water is sourced from a 49.5-acre foot reservoir filled by runoff and a 15-acre foot reservoir filled with recycled water from Sonoma Sanitation District. There is a 3/1 farmhouse, multiple out buildings/barns, and build sites with views of the SF Skyline on a clear day.
