San Francisco 3rd generation native Amanda Martin discovered her love of real estate at a young age while attending Bay Area open houses with her mother as a child. As an experienced homeowner with a passion for restoration and creative remodeling and re-imagining of spaces — Amanda brings a wealth of real estate and renovation knowledge to her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and works tirelessly on her client’s behalf throughout the process.
Her integrity and commitment to providing world-class service enable her to build relationships with clients and, more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. For Amanda, real estate isn’t just a job, but a lifestyle, and nothing makes her happier than helping people achieve their homeownership goals.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Amanda worked for a decade as a wine broker and manager, traveling around the globe to meet winemakers, attend auctions, and select wines for private collectors. Her background provided her with excellent customer service skills and gave her the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. She also developed a love of travel that continues to this day, and she regularly gets inspiration from her clients, who come from all over the world. Amanda has lived all over San Francisco and now resides with her husband and son on a 3 acre piece of heaven in San Anselmo, but still spends some portion of most days in The City and is enjoying growing her business in Marin County.
She enjoys yoga, photography, biking, hiking, spending time with family, and running with her dog. She also feels strongly about giving back to the community and sends 10% of all commissions to charity and regularly volunteers at the Raphael House, a nonprofit serving homeless families.
