California native Tiffany Pavon discovered her love of real estate while attending open houses with her mother at a young age. Today, she directs that passion toward her clients, working tirelessly to help Bay Area buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. With deep roots in San Francisco, Tiffany can offer clients unique insight into its different communities, including the schools, parks, and other amenities that can add value to a property. She prides herself on being an attentive listener and effective communicator who pays close attention to clients’ needs, providing them with sound advice as they make their decisions. Tiffany recognizes that the process of buying or selling a home can be a complex and emotional one, and her positive, patient approach ensures the smoothest, most stress-free experience possible.

 

Tiffany has been a licensed agent since 2015 and is a member of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®. She is a designated Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), e-PRO® certified, and a member of several San Francisco real estate committees. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Tiffany worked for over 15 years in retail management and customer service, where she honed her negotiation and people skills.

 

Based in Sunnyside, Tiffany is active in her community, volunteering at her son’s school and working with Project Open Hand, which provides meals for those in need in the Bay Area. She enjoys spending time with her family and her new puppy and traveling whenever she can.
